SHIPPING POLICY

If it’s not too much trouble, Note: Handling and production time are not included in estimated ship times!
All products will go through a production process, so there will be a Handling Time associated with them. This time includes transit time.
Estimated shipping times* for United States-based shipping
Handling time: 1 – 2 Work days (Monday to Friday)
Travel time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday)
What is the shipping cost?
We offer Flat Rate shipping, which is only available to US customers: $5 per order: How can I see where my order is?
When your request is transported, we will send you an email with the comparing data. If it’s not too much trouble, permit 1-2 work days for following data to be accessible.
PACKAGE DISPLAYED:
We aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame and have formed partnerships with all of our carriers. If it’s not too much trouble, note we won’t be considered liable for postpones in bundles that might happen because of climate, wrong location data or transporter related issues that are beyond our control. When it comes to reshipments, claims, or lost packages, we will do our best to resolve every issue for all of our customers.
In the occasion a bundle has been lost, missing or can’t affirm conveyance with following we will handle a reshipment of the request. Packages that show that they were delivered by the carrier have been investigated and will not be eligible for a refund until the issue is resolved. CUSTOMS, Assessments AND Obligations:
Customs assessments, obligations or import charges are the obligation of the client to be paid. The final delivery of the package to your country or destination is not covered by us in any way. Please be aware that the amounts of these fees cannot be predicted because they vary according to country laws and policies. A refund will not be given if a package is returned because the paid taxes and customs fees were not accepted.
